Service department presented as disorganized and lacking systems that allow for efficient communication between agents, technicians and Kia. It took an entire month for my car to be assessed for warranty coverage only to learn that if they had asked one question in the beginning, the answer would have been obvious. I’ve always had great interactions here, they’ve never tried to oversell me on anything and are genuine when meeting my concerns about my vehicle. The waiting area is also very nice! It definitely helps to have access to a little massage chair while waiting to hear back about your car. They just did a full inspection on my car I purchased from them, as I’m moving out of state, and took all my worries and concerns seriously. I’ll actually miss them!

These folks are great. Now that they are a Faricy dealer, things are goint to improve greatly - I can already sense that. Great customer service from the first contact with Mellisa. To Rachael who went over my service needs. The shuttle is great service as well. I have been using the dealership for 6 years and will continue to.
Everyone is always very courteous and knowledgeable. Service was completed 1/2 hr sooner than quoted.
I was called in for safety recall and ended up paying for my ride back to facility after encouraged and unknown time of car completion.

Peak Kia (previous owner) offered a better customer service experience. The waiting room was dismal. Peak made the wait more enjoyable by offering popcorn and fresh cookies. To me that shows you care about your clients. I was unhappy that Faricy only had my records going back to 2024. I purchased my car from Peak in 2017 and had all service done there except a brake job this year. The one saving grace was my service advisor Terra Harris. She was very nice and knowledgeable.

I was told my dead battery wasn’t under warranty and paid out of pocket, only to later discover it absolutely was covered since my car is under three years old with fewer than 36,000 miles. The dealership has no integrity! Returned my Kia Sorento this weekend after having negotiated a buy out of my lease given I had equity in the vehicle. Terrible! Absolute rip off merchants! Sold me a ford explorer for almost 26k with their power train warranty! Car engine blew up after 5 days!! They advertised a car on Cars website and when. I tried to purchase said car they raised the price from 52k to 62k. Tried to peddle some Peak Performance package. Sticker price was the 52 they advertised so they added 10k for their less than 1000 in actual product. Will not do business with them. Dishonest bait and switch. Would not allow me to purchase at sticker priced regardless if I wanted their package. 10k over was their final price.
