I went in 3 days before my appt to make sure you had part
I went in 3 days before my appt to make sure you had part on stock. I was told you did. Day of appt they had to order the holligen bulb and made me wait 3 hrs. Not cool. When looking at new vehicle was told going get the key to look inside the car and they left me outside waiting for 20min. Not cool.

Brittany and Jeremy were delightful. They answered all our questions and were very patient with us. Even when it seemed like we were being a little OCD, they were extremely patient with us. They deserve a paid day off!!! Brittany was especially attentive to our needs. She switched out the key FOBs several times so that we could get a look inside at several of the trim details. We went back and forth between a Sorento and a Sportage model, but Brittany never hesitated in being complimentary and giving us the attention to detail that we (as new customers) deserved. The finance department (sorry, I do remember the gentlemen's name) was very thorough and answered all our questions. We didn't pick up any of the maintenance/extended warranty addons, however it was nice to have them explained to us. We really appreciate his professionalism.

I bought a used Kia Sportage. The Salesperson was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The car was priced appropriately and in great condition. The actual sale/ paperwork took longer than it should have, but I’ve never had good experiences with that part of car buying! Overall, I would very much recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a Kia
